I designed my small, intimate group program because no one should have to do it alone! I’ve personally been through my own 65 pound weight loss journey and worked with a nutritionist for 6 years! I know what it’s like to go through the physical, emotional, and mental changes during a weight loss journey. Every week you’ll have a live coaching session with myself and other group members to cover all of the key strategies and knowledge you'll need to be successful long term. Calls are held via Zoom – replay will be available.
