    I designed my small, intimate group program because no one should have to do it alone! I’ve personally been through my own 65 pound weight loss journey and worked with a nutritionist for 6 years! I know what it’s like to go through the physical, emotional, and mental changes during a weight loss journey. I’ve helped hundreds of women build sustainable lifestyles through mindful eating and I’ve dedicated my career to helping you love your body, enjoy your favorite foods, lose weight, and keep it off for good!

    Every week you’ll have a live coaching session with myself and other group members to cover all of the key strategies and knowledge you'll need to be successful long term. Calls are held via Zoom – replay will be available.

    9 BONUS WORKOUT SESSIONS
    You'll have a live Barre Sculpt Fusion with Meagan Mortenson, a low impact barre workout with Chrissy Califf, and a HIIT/Strength Training session with personal trainer Erica Friedman plus 6 recorded classes.
